limited access to my blog
-
I can’t get into WordPress.com. In the address window I get WordPress.com that continues in pea-green writing in (automatic I…) and then a picture of a lock. How do I fix this? I can’t get to my Dashboard.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The picture of the green lock is normal for any site that uses the secure HTTPS protocol, which all sites using the base site “yoursite.wordpress.com” do. See here for more about HTTPS https://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
Try logging in at https://galileemountainpeakpost.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ instead of at https://wordpress.com/
I also suggest trying to log in with a different browser to the one you normally use. Both Chrome and Firefox latest versions are recommended.
If you are still not able to log in to your site with your current username and password, you may need to go through the password reset and/or account recovery process:

JustJennifer, thanks so much. I will try that. Your time is much appreciated. Have a good weekend.
