Limited options on site version compared to wordpress.com

  Hey,

  I just installed the latest version of WordPress on my site and the options are somewhat limited compared to on wordpress.com’s version of my blog. an example is on my site it does not have the option to embed youtube videos, and when making a post there is an entire row of options missing (under buttons link bold, italic, etc). Any reason why this is?

  If you installed wordpress software, then you are in the wrong forum. There are two types of wordpress:
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  Or were you more interested in domain mapping with wordpress.com:
