Limited publication options?
-
Is publication once I “publish” my site “all or nothing?” Or might there be options — I basically want to “run the site” by a few people first without maklng them administrators. Suggestions? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can give users a certain role which controls there power/limitations: http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Thank you. If someone else is an editor and the page is not published yet, so they have access? Thanks

Not only do they have access to the front end of the blog, they also have access to the back end of the blog.
An editor can publish, edit, and delete any posts/pages, moderate comments, manage categories, manage tags, manage links and upload files/images. Editors also have access to the blog stats
If you just want them to be able to view the blog in question without being able to have the above abilities, it would probably be better to make the blog private and invite them as users. That way you can run it by them, without making it public to everyone else. Later on, if you decide you want to make your site public, you just change your blog’s privacy settings.
