Limited to only 16 e-mail followers?

  I currently have 16 e-mail followers to my blog. This weekend I was helping a few people sign up to follow my blog. When I log into my account, I don’t see them as e-mail followers. I tried to sign up a different e-mail account of mine to test this and I got the same result. From the user end, it appears that they have signed up as e-mail followers, but in my admin account I don’t see them as e-mail followers. My site:

  Thanks timethief. Unfortunately, the people I assisted this weekend in signing up as e-mail followers are not showing up on that list. I don’t know why WordPress.com will not let more than 16 people on my e-mail followers list.

  There is no limit to the number of wordpress.COM followers and email only subscribers that you can have, so I would not assume that the software is preventing the display.

  You type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help and provide the wordpress.com usernames and/or mail addresses that are missing here. The software will redact or hide all the email addresses and only Staff will be able to see them.

  I have figured out the problem. Definitely user error. The subscribers have not logged into their e-mail accounts to confirm yet. Sorry about this. I didn’t think I had to walk them through this step also.
