Limited WordPress functionality

  Hi, I have privately hosted blog – readmemum.com but my online dashboard functionality is limited – I do not have plugins menu, can not install themes (i should be able to do this per your help since i host the blog myself) , etc. How can i get full online dashboard functionality?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
