Limiting number of 'latest posts'

  I’m using the WP2014 theme on my wordpress.com blog/site. How can I limit the number of posts that show up on my homepage? Is there a way I can select exactly which posts show up?

  At Settings > Reading, you may set the number of posts shown on a blog page. Choose a number at “Blog page show at most,” and save.

  Is there a way I can select exactly which posts show up?

  Posts display in reverse chronological order by default. You may change the order of posts by altering post dates and timestamps.

  Hi Ed, there are some CSS options for limiting things on the blog page by category or tag. It would require an upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium Plan, which includes Custom Design.
