Limiting Shared Access

  Greetings , I am trying to ascertain whether it is possible to put up a website using WordPress that could be a limited group site. By limited I mean that I as administrator would have access too the entire website but I would be able to create multiple pages where one individual could curate/edit just one page that is devoted to their interests . Does anyone know if that is doable with WP ?
