Hi, I checked your site but couldn’t really find the line you mentioned.
What causes the spacing is this:
.site-content article { padding-top: 40px; }So if you add that and decrease the number, it should make the page content closer to the menu.

Thank your for quick answer!
The line is green on the end and grey the rest (goes all over the page) and is located between the menu and the rev slider.
So where would I add that? To child theme or custom CSS or somewhere else?
Thanks! -
@childrenbeep, the site you reference, http://www.children-beep.com/ , is a WordPress site, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. I would suggest contacting the theme designer, or you can post in the self-hosted WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum, which is where self-hosted WordPress sites are supported.

I took a quick look at your site, and the line you are talking about is part of the page title, which you are not including on your pages. To get rid of it, try the following CSS.
#page-title { display: none; }
