  I am trying to list links of my child pages on the parent page. (I may want to also just have them show as links rather than appear on the drop down menu from the Parent)

  I am using the Radcliffe theme, and my Parent page is: http://anescapetoholdonto.com/poems/

  Sorry I titled this incorrectly. Should be titled Listing Child Pages as Links on Parent Page

  The change you’ve described is something that would require editing the PHP code for a theme, and that is not something available to do at WordPress.com. With regard to CSS, that can be used to make design changes to existing elements on the page—CSS cannot be used to add a list of links where there weren’t any before. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you!
