Line spacing between paragraphs

    I’m just starting to write my blog, and it’s important to me that posts aren’t too long… I chose Ryu as my theme and this isn’t exactly a compact theme, so I have bought the thing that lets me edit the CSS.

    I’ve scaled the theme down a lot but I’m having trouble trying to reduce the line spacing between paragraphs, the gap is pretty hefty and it just doesn’t look right now that I’ve changed the sizes. Plus it’s taking up too much space.

    I’ve sifted through firebug, but I’m honestly not that great with CSS, so I am not sure what I need to change.

    Thanks for any light anyone can shine on this.

    Oh my apologies, thanks!

    No problem at all. We were all new once. :)

    I’m having trouble trying to reduce the line spacing between paragraphs

    The spacing below paragraphs in Ryu is done with a bottom margin. Here is an example snippet of CSS that will change it:

    p {
        margin-bottom: 17px;
    }

    Thanks. I’ve tried fixing the margin for the headers and this works fine and I can reduce the spacing there. But it’s not working to reduce the spacing between a normal paragraph that is standard text – I cannot seem to find the code that will have any impact on that.

    Any ideas? Thanks again.

    Figured it out now, I just moved the margin-bottom to the top of my changes and it is fine. Thanks once again.
