Line Spacing Frustration

Hello all,
I need help with line spacing on a simple post. There seems to be a space between each line. You would think WordPress would have a simple fix for this. Perhaps it is just bacause I am a WP rookie. Any help would be appreciated. Please understand I don’t understand code.

Solved my own problem. I simply toggled between visual (initally set) and HTML views. Do know why but fixed the problem.

WordPress seems to look and take care of certain HTML issues when you switch between the visual tab and the HTML tab to help keep major errors out of things.
One other suggestion I always make is to go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then save changes. That should help to keep even more HTML errors from occurring.

i just tried what the sacredpath said and html did make one line space were as visual makes a two line space
