Line Spacing: How do I reduce it above an image

    In my blog, notice that there is a large line space between the Welcome words and the image. That is, the line space/break is above the image.

    I don’t know html. Is there an easy way to make that space smaller? It occurs to me that maybe I could insert a table somehow. Anyone know how to insert a table? Or some other way to essentially “raise” the image so that it shows up better when people go to the site.
