Line spacing/Fonts/ CSS

  Hi there.
  I am new to wordpress, however i have been blogging for quite a while using different platforms.
  I have read the forum and documentation, but i still don’t get how do i change line spacing, font size to my post, as it looks super wide and long.
  I read about CSS, but i cannot find it in Appearance → Customize → CSS.
  Do i have to download any version of wordpress or how does it work?
