Linen Facebook widget not displaying

  The Facebook widget at ASCIdeas.org has ceased to work. It is set to display “Faces” and has been working recently. Now, it is only displaying blank space.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I took a look and everything is working properly. Can you please try clearing out your browser cache?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Safari?

  I cleared the browser cache previously, to no avail. I’ve gone ahead and done that again — and tossed out all the browser cookies for good measure — but the problem persists.

  You are correct that the issue is specific to Chrome. I’m running the most recent version of Chrome, Version 30.0.1599.101, on a Mac running Mavericks (which has introduced a whole other set of problems you don’t want to know about!)

  The widget is working fine on Safari.

  I’ve just tested in Chrome and it works fine on this end. Have you tried resetting your Chrome’s browser settings? You can do that by following the steps at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

  Yes, the hard reset of the browser worked, and the Facebook widget is working again.
