Linen Page Template

  Hi,
  I have purchased linen and seem to be having problems with the page templates. On the creators web site it says the page templates included are:
  * Archives – Helpful overview of your website activity
  * Sitemap – Makes it easy for visitors to quickly see all your pages
  * Full width – Remove the sidebar and put more focus on your content
  * Left sidebar – Keep things fresh by moving your sidebar to the left

  but the only page templates i have in “page attributes” are”
  Default Template
  Archive
  Left Side Bar
  No Side Bar

  I also am trying to delete the “leave a reply” title and box from every page on my site. I only wish the blog info to be on one page. I have gone through other explantations given on these forums, and nothing seems to work.
