  It appears you have the custom design upgrade.

  This will reduce the padding between the header image and the navigation (existing values shown – edit as desired).

  #navigation {
  margin-top: 30px;
  }

  This will reduce the padding above the header image.

  #header {
  paddingp-top: 30px;
  }
