Line/paragraph breaks not showing up after Update

Dear WordPress genii,
I’ve been away from the site I run for a few months (www.big-inning.com), and came back this evening to see everything the same except the paragraph breaks removed on every post. Meaning, all the text has been squashed together, with every line break gone. However, in both the visual editor and text editor, the line breaks remain, so I don’t quite know why they aren’t showing up when I view the posts on the viewable site itself. I’ve tried re-spacing these line breaks on the text editors, to no avail — as the recent update to WP 4.6.2 seems to have put some sort of filter on the line break editing.
If anyone has any solution for this problem, it would be very much appreciated! And ideally, I’d like to avoid going back through every post (over 90, and 900+ words per) — to instead just reinstate the line breaks, as they’ve still been preserved within the editor.

This is a forum for WordPress.com sites, and http://www.big-inning.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site. If you’re unsure about the difference, please read this document.

I can’t seem to post to the wordpress.org forums, the log-in doesn’t work or else I’m just not finding a way to access it. I realize the .org/.com are different, but wouldn’t the solution likely be the same for either?
I haven’t found this question properly answered anywhere, and the site is essentially rendered inoperable with the current problem. If you can point me to the right place, it would be much appreciated!

I can’t seem to log in to the wordpress.org forums to post, and can’t figure out why, but I figured the question could be answered just as well here (while I understand .org/.com are different).
I’m still unable to make paragraph line breaks and haven’t seen the question properly answered anywhere, so if you could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I see. I took a look at some of your posts, and the paragraph breaks looked fine to me. Could you please give me a link to a post where you see the line breaks removed? And what theme are you using?
Regarding the log in problems to the .org forums: are you sure the correct username/password combination was entered?

Just before you wrote me, I went back through and updated a plug-in that hadn’t been updated — that seemed to solve the whole problem, although I don’t quite know why that was the initial result.

Hi there, the support forums at ORG do not use the same log in credentials as on WordPressdotcom. If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on the forums page at https://wordpress.org/support
For the future, please refer to the ORG forums for assistance on your standalone WP site.
