  I have purchased a domain for my blog. How can I link it?

  What’s the domain name?

  There are two ways to do this, please note that whichever method you choose, you’ll need to an upgraded WordPress.com plan. Details about plans, features, and pricing are on the link below:

  The first option is mapping. With this option, your domain will continue to be registered with your registrar and all future renewals will be done through them, however, you can point the name servers to your WordPress.com site to associate it with your domain.

  The second option is, transferring it to WordPress.com. Here, WordPress.com will become the registrar and all future renewals and maintenance will be done through your WordPress.com account.
