Link a WP username to my blog

  One of the people i sent an invite to my blog for (with editor privledges) simply cant figure out how to link his username with the blog. I keep telling him to go to the invite email and click the accept link but hes saying that its not working. Can i give someone at wordpress his username and can they attach his username to my blog with the editor priv. he is soppose to have?

  If he has a WordPress.com username, you can just Invite him directly via that Username from the Users page.
