Link added to my blog that I didn't put there
-
I am trying to understand how this Eco Press link got onto my blog post without me putting it there. I actually like the link, but want it to open in a separate window.
It’s at the bottom of my home page.
Any thoughts? Is this happening to sites across the board?
Thanks ahead of time of any insights you can share with me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s advertising that WordPress.com runs on our blogs. The only way to be shed of all advertising WordPress.com runs on our blogs is to purchase an annually renewable No-Ads Upgrade.

Oh, right. Thanks so much for responding to my question. Do you know why the link has now disappeared? Do they just come and go?
Thanks timethief.

When we are logged into WordPress.com we cannot usually see the advertising. When we log out we may be able to see it. Also if one uses Firefox with AdBlock Plus or any browser with ad-blocking you will not see ads.
