  can I link adsense to my blog without upgrading my site. or If I upgrade to my account to blog account Rs 150/month , can I connect to the adsense account for ads?

  Hi there,

  Using Adsense on WordPress.com is only allowed on our Business Plan. Sites on other plans can apply to become part of our own WordAds program.
