Link and Featured Image?

Ok, I tried to link an image under the post title and it was easy and ok. But if I want that image show on my blog feed under the short text I have to use the featured image (I found it as the only option). But then, when I set it and open my blog I do not have a linked image, and if I add again the same image normally and link it, it shows twice. So, how can I have an image under the short text in my blog feed, but at the same time having the same image under the blog title with a link which is showing when the reader opens the post? My free theme doesn’t support featured header images and I cannot change all again. Now it’s all set but I do not have link if I want an image to show on the feed.

Whether you may do that depends upon the theme applied. It might be possible a on theme that has Content Options available at Customize, but not all themes do. Also on most themes that allow featured images to display on the blog page, the image displays above, not below, the post title and content text.
What’s the theme?

My theme is Maywood and is not supporting all the options, I’ve checked.
Nevermind, I uploaded at the bottom after the last text paragraph the same image – but tiny and I linked it. That way I am able to have all on the page as I have planned.
I use a free plan so I cannot have all the editing options.
