Link back to wordpress.com blog from self-hosted site

  I have a wordpress.com blog which I am very happy with. I am currently building a self-hosted website (not a blog) based on the photocrati theme, and I want to link to the blog on wordpress.com, ie. when someone clicks on the blog page on my self-hosted website it opens a new page with the wordpress.com blogsite. Is this possible (surely it must be??) and if so how do I do it??

  if you are using WordPress (the .org version if your blog if not hosted at WordPress.com) you will be able to link to any URL including your WordPress.com site. Check out the menu section of the WordPress.org codex for full details.

  You will be using Custom Links to out in yiur blog URL and Link Target to choose to have that menu item open in a new page or tab.

  Oops meant to say “the irg version if your external WEBSITE is not hosted at WordPress.com…”
