Link/ blog name change?

  I am trying to change the name of my blog (URL link as well as the title of the blog). I tried to do so under my general settings/ blog link however it is not changing… can you help me please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi.

  Here are the steps to change blog title:

  1. Go to your site’s admin dashboard and click “Settings”. You can change your site’s name in the box for “Site Title”.
