Link blog tab to another wordpress blog

  I just created a new site, and the template has a blog button in the nav bar. I already have a wordpress blog and I would like the ‘blog’ button in the nav bar to link to my other blog. Is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. Create a custom menu https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/ and add a custom link https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/view-all/#adding-custom-links into it.
