Link Buttons Disabled in Post Editor

  When I am in the text post editor, the hyperlink buttons are disabled. I can create a hyperlink if I do it through the html editor, but I would like to be able to not have to do an extra step….any help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The html editor is a a set of tags and rules for using them in developing hypertext documents, if you disable it, you won’t able to use the hyperlink buttons.
