Link Catagories to a specific page on the top of my page.

Hi. Can you please tell me how I can have a page scroll? At the top I have pages with dropdown menus. Say for example I have stuff about colleges and the drop down menu lets you pic a college. Can that page scroll? It works in my sidebar catagories- is there a way to link the catagory to the page and have all posts tag with a college name scroll in their page?

Sure, as long as you’re categorizing the posts, you can add a category to the menu via Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
