link color, hover color on pages

  How can I change the color of in-text links on a page (not a blog post) and make them look “clickable” (with hover, underline, etc.)? Mine are just plain black text and don’t look like links at all.
  In the “view” mode of the admin. page, they are a different color and underlined. I just want them to look like that when viewed by others.

  You will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do CSS editing .
