Link colors

  I am changing to the 2012 theme but have not yet published. I have changed the title and background color to #8b3237. I would like post titles, internal links as well as text in the widgets to also be #8b3237. Is this done through the CSS upgrade? Is it better to retain the blue since this is a common link color?

  Also, can the recent posts, top posts, and recent comments widgets be formatted with bullets? If so, is this also with the CSS upgrade.

  You will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and then do the required CSS editing.
