Link Descriptions

    Hello, Having a bit of an issue and I thought maybe you all could help.
    On my blog, I want my descriptions that I enter of my links to appear under the links on my page. I read that this is a possible option on some screen. I think it says:
    This will be shown when someone hovers over the link in the blogroll, OR OPTIONALLY BELOW THE LINK.
    Anyone know how to get this to work?

    I believe that’s theme-dependent. You could check a few theme previews to see if you can find one that does this.

    With that, does anyone have any ideas which themes allow this? Preferably a theme with a big custom header.
