  I want to link my domain to my wordpress account. But It requires a yearly plan. Can choose personal plan instead of premium?

  To use a domain you purchased elsewhere here at WordPress.com, you would need to upgrade to one of our paid plans which includes the Personal plan. Each plan will allow you to use that domain for free using the domain connection option.
