Link each gallery image to a custom URL

  How do I do this? For example I want my gallery images to link to a page or post on my blog.

  And just reconfirming my forum post from 2013 that it is still not possible to create custom links for images used in the Gallery feature. Both my suggestions in that post are still valid.
