link entire testimonial blurb text to testimonials page

Hello,
I’m using a bit of short code to get testimonial blurbs to appear at the bottom of my ‘About’ page here: http://dynamic-speaking.com/testing/about/
Currently, the testimonial blurbs are linked to the ‘Testimonials’ page only from the name of the person giving the testimonial. I would like to link the entire text blurb or block to the ‘Testimonials’ page, so that if users hover over the entire content area, they can click on it to read the full testimonial. Can anyone help me please?

We provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM and that site is not one of them. We do not provide support for it here at WordPress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum for help with that site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
