Link exchange problems

  I don’t know how can I do a link exchange ! I’ve tried trough widgets but I can’t do it ! The widget shows my old facebook link , youtube link , netlog link but doesen’t accept new link , and I want to delete those old links . What can I do ? Can you help me a bit ? thank u very much
