Link Exchange Sites

Hi, I would like to know is it against WordPress.com to share my blogs with other sites like social media networks because some of them are like link exchange programs. Example: http://www.likemeback.net. People get paid to share, and it’s the biggest thing on the internet. I’m afraid sometimes because I don’t know about WordPress. You’re not like Blogger. I’m new at WordPress. I know that we can’t use ads on your site.

You’re free to promote your site however you wish; however, if you are placing links on your site that by clicking on them earn you money, those are classified as affiliate links and are a violation of our Terms of Service.
In short, you can offer your site to be listed by others but likely unable to list other sites with my understanding of the program you mentioned.
