Link external blog to the "MyBlogs menú"

  Hello everybody and thanks in advance for helping out!
  I have in my “MyBlogs menu” 2 wordpress.com hosted blogs and
  1 link to an external selfhosted blog and wanted to add another
  external selfhosted blog to use it as an easy entrace to ALL of my
  blogs.

  We add blogs to that list when they have the Jetpack plugin installed, activated, and connected to your WordPress.com account.

  Once the self-hosted site has been activated, you’ll be all set!
