Link Featured Image?

  I’m using “Portfolio” theme, wondering if it’s possible to add a link to the featured images of posts that are on my homepage instead of having to click on them to go to my post and then link the image in the post. I’d like to be able to direct someone to another page just from the images on my homepage, even though they are not static. I have the custom CSS upgrade if that’s necessary.
