I would like to participate on the daily prompts but I’m not sure how to link it back to the daily prompts? Cam anyone help?

Daily Prompts is all about encouraging everyone to write daily. There is a word shared every day by the WordPress.com team on this page https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/ and you will receive an email about it too if you subscribe to it.
Based on the suggested word, you can write a fiction story, a real-life story, or anything that you might be interested in, or believe your audience would like.
And, link back to the prompt’s page to at the end of the blog post. Today’s word is “Inscrutable” and you can link back to this page https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/inscrutable/ when you are done on the blog.
Your post will be added to the list of posts shown on https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/inscrutable/

By the way, I just noticed that you have already started writing on Daily Prompts. 🙂
I noticed this blog post https://faithfuljourney2017.wordpress.com/2018/01/26/daily-prompt-tardy/ but it seems to be written on Jan 26. Tardy was the word for Jan 23 though. The idea is to write posts for the same day, but it’s okay to write for old words too and link back to them anytime.
