Link for Domain Redemption

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello. My domain has expired and I believe it is now in a redemption period. I just need to figure out who to speak to or what the process is for me to renew my domain at timothywilliam.org

Hopefully it is still in the redemption period. It expired two months ago. This thread has been tagged for staff assistance. In the meantime see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

  • Hi there,

I’ve sent you a link via email that you can use to pay the redemption and renewal fee for this domain.

When we receive your payment, I can email our domain provider to restore the domain.

  • We have received your payment, thank you.

I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. We’ll let you know as soon as they get back to us. They usually respond within 48 hours.

  • Hi there,

Our domain provider got back to us and let us know the domain could not be redeemed because it had already been removed from their database.

The domain is currently in “pending delete” status. This lasts for 5 days (during this time it is no longer redeemable). After which, the domain should be released back into the available domains pool.

I have issued your refund for the redemption and renewal fees.

After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
