Link for Prezi presentation doesn’t open

  Hello! The Prezi link (Class Slides) that I have on the site (https://russtep1.wordpress.com/2019/10/16/lesson-12/) doesn’t open. Instead of the presentation, the main web-page (prezi.com) opens. It worked before. What can cause this problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @orehhov, are you able to access the presentation if you go directly through Prezi? I can’t, and I’m guessing that’s the root of the issue.

  If the slides are yours, can you contact Prezi to see why they aren’t accessible?

  Hi and thank you for the answer.
  The slides are mine and I copied their address to wordpress page. But once clicked (to be opened in a new tab), the address is shortened to prezi.com instead of full address of the certain slides.

  This is the link from the post. But when this link is clicked on WordPress site to be opened in new tab, it’s shortened to prezi.com The rest of the address disappears.

  When I go to https://russtep1.wordpress.com/2019/10/16/lesson-12/ and click on Class Slides I am taken to this:

  The slides are loading there properly.

  It works only if you have in cache. Please try in incognito window, it won’t open.

  Please send me a screen shot of your incognito view.

  When I follow the process that I listed in my last reply, the slides are still working in incognito. I also cleared the site’s cache. Give it another try.

  The screen shot can get added to the media library on the site. Thanks.
