  hello, is it possible to link from my own external web site to my WordPress blog? Is it possible if I upgrade to my own blog site name?

  Should not be an issue linking to your WordPress.COM site from outside – does not matter what the URL is, with or without Domain Mapping.

  If you are talking about this blog, http://integralconstellations.wordpress.com/ , you have only two posts dated 8/25/2010. It can take Google 6-8 weeks to index a new site although it usually takes less time for them to find you. It also takes time for them to determine where to put you in their indexes, and with two posts called “hello world” Google isn’t likely to pay much attention.

  You can speed up the process by verifying your blog with Google, Bing and Yahoo as explained here.

  Keep writing posts regularly, tag and categorize them to help the search engines properly place your blog in search results and it will happen.
