link from one part of page to another part of *same* page

  hi, I am specifically looking for instructions on how to link a phrase from the top of a page to content further down the same page.

  while the ‘links help’ page mentions in its opening paragraph that one can do this, I cannot find any tutorial.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just make sure you’re in the Text/HTML editor tab, and follow the instructions mentioned. Hope that helps!
