Link function (chain button) doesn’t work

I tried to make a link while posting, following the 5 steps in the “Support” section, ie, highlight the words, click on the “chain” button, write in a URL address, and “unchain” it. But it didn’t work. Is the link function working, does anybody know?

11 is for unlinking and 10 is for linking – you are clicking the wrong icon
Which browser and version of it are you using please? -
Don’t click the unchain button unless you want to unlink your link. If you’re hitting the “unchain” button at the end of your steps, you’re undoing what you did :) Just close the box after you enter the url and you’re finished.
