  When I purchased my upgrade i also selected the option to add a 50 usd google apps account which included email. I linked my account to google apps, but it gave me the 30 day trial account. I would like to activate the account I’ve paid for. Could you walk me through?

  Hello there!

  One of the issues you may be having is that your Premium trial lapsed on the 13th of this month. Have you chosen to opt-out of this upgrade? If so, that’s fine, but you will need to purchase your domain name separately in order for it to remain connected to your site.

  You can either make the full Premium purchase in your Store, or I can send you a manual billing statement for ONLY the domain registration. The domain registration and mapping fee is $18. The separate private registration fee is $8, if you wish to keep that. The privacy feature is option with domain registration.

  Once that is complete, we can continue to configure your Google Apps here at WordPress.com.

  Hi, thank’s for your prompt reply. I still own the domain, which I purchased, and can access the site and post content. I haven’t chosen to opt-out of the upgrade.
  Perhaps you can tell me how to verify if I have been billed for the google apps. If not, the easiet way might be to purchase the email account service from google directly. If I’ve been billed (which I assume I have, since I never opted-out) I would like to link it right away.
  How do you suggest I proceed?

  just spone with google apps support and configured my email account. They also verified that they never recieved the payment. Where in wordpress can I check if the payment for google apps went through? Because the website is up and running with my own domain, that payment was processed.
