Link incorrect when commenting on other WP.com blogs

    This is a really odd question that I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere for, but when I leave a comment on another person’s WP.com blog with the native WP.com comment system, the link back to my site leads to an old blog post instead of my blog’s URL.

    I have a self-hosted WP.org blog, but when leaving a comment it says I am using my WP.com account. However, the URL should be the same either way (lovelyliterature.com), but instead it goes to a specific post every time (http://lovelyliterature.com/2013/12/24/top-ten-tuesday-books-we-want-from-santa/).

    I can’t figure out how to change this setting to redirect comments to the proper page. If I go to my WP profile, it has my URL linked correctly.
