link is not opening in Firefox browser

  I have a WordPress.com site and I am using the Tuned Balloon theme from Anariel Design. I am not able to get the Record Image with Button link to open in Internet Explorer or Firefox. I am successful with opening the link in Google Chrome.

  My browsers are updated. I have confirmed that I am using the following versions:
  Internet Explorer 11
  Firefox 38.0.1

  The website I am setting the Tuned Balloon design on is: http://virgilcainband.com. I have also noticed this issue with https://tunedballoondemo.wordpress.com/ using my computer and friend’s computers.

  This is a huge feature that we need this to do. Please advise how to get the Record image link to work in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

  Hi there,

  Sorry about that! I reported this problem to the theme developers so they can investigate why that button doesn’t work in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Thanks for letting us know about the problem.

  I can’t figure out a way to work around that problem for now, but I’ll let you know as soon as I get an update from our team. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help in the meantime.

  Hi there,

  The Tuned Balloon theme author fixed up the problem with that Record Image with Button link, so it’s working again in all browsers. Please let me know if you have any more trouble with that!
