Link is not working

The links is not working. When I insert a link, it puts the title of the article I’m linking too, not the link. What gives. I can’t link to anything. No matter what I do, the link does not link to anything.

All of them. When I add a post which is a new case, I search all of the prior posts and link any references in the prior post to the case. When I try and do that, the case name pops up, not the link I’m trying to use.

So I just recently posted this case. http://rec-law.us/1r7A4CW
I go back and find every other case that references this case and link the reference. When I highlight the case name and click on the link button I put in the rec-law.us url and it gives me the case name, not the url.
So in the case above, say next week I write an article about Wolf v. Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 50 F.3d 793, 796 (10th Cir. 1995) which can be found at the last paragraph right above the a. I’ll go back and put a link in to the actual case.

When you’re adding the link, are you using the “Or link to existing content” option explained here?

That option is currently working for me. When I highlight text then try to add a link to existing content, the text is hyperlinked, not replaced with the name of the article. Here’s a screencast example:
Could you let me know if that’s similar to how you’re adding the links in as well?
