Link new post to menu

  Has there been an update lately? I don’t recognize the functionality. Earlier I could write a new post, save, go to menu, choose part of meny, change and link the new post to this part of the menu. Now I can’t find a possibility to link new posts to menu? How to make new posts appear as News or Hints?
