Link not appearing when I go to publish

    On my Facebook page the post shows up with the link and customized message
    After the message it shows part of the post (first lines) and the first photo on it
    if there is no photo it uses my blog’s avatar
    Try publicizing with new WordPress for one and old WordPress for another
    I’ve found some things easier on old

    I only use the old WordPress. I don’t use the new because I don’t find it user friendly to post something in a tiny box.

    What I am finding is that if someone now clicks on the photo and not the link (which most won’t see), all they get is the photo. Not my post. I have to manually add the URL in order for a proper link to show up.

    Hi Amy,

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve (re) looked into your account and see that you refreshed the Facebook connection 6 days ago.

    Let us know if you’re still having trouble with publicize since then. You may also run any Facebook URL through the Facebook debugger to see what Facebook pulls in. The debugger is found here:

    I gave up long ago. I just cut and paste the URL into Facebook. Otherwise it appears as a photo, not a link.
