Link not showing up in comments

  When I leave comments on other wordpress blogs, while logged into my dashboard, my name does not highlight with a link back to my blog. If I logout, and leave my name/email/url it does, but then it logs me out of my dashboard. Not a huge deal I suppose, but certainly inconvenient. Is there any way to change that?
